We are accepting new clients at this time for both in-office appointments and telehealth-virtual appointments.
This way, you have access to the coaches in our clinic when needed but can otherwise take care of your health from the comfort of your home.
One business day/24-hour advance notice is required for cancellations or a fee is charged. For example, Monday appointment cancellations must be called in on Friday.
WHAT TO BRING
At your first appointment please be prepared with the following:
- Complete menstrual history (women only)
- List of medications and doses
- List of supplements and doses
- Recent blood work and any specialized test results.
